1. AIR QUALITY
The air in Dubai can often become full of dust and other unwanted particles, so ensure your home has an air purifier or dehumidifier inside. You spend a lot of time at home, so you want to make sure the air you breathe in there is as filtered and clean as possible.
2. CLEAN/DISINFECT SURFACES DAILY
Your whole house does not need deep cleaned every day, but it's a good idea to disinfect and wipe down surfaces like door handles, toilet seats, cupboards etc. where germs are likely to fester, and practice good housekeeping.
Keeping these clean will make a difference in what is transferred from surface to surface.
3. CARPET CLEANING/VACUUMING
Carpets are known to gather and draw in dust, so they should be regularly attended to and vacuumed to get rid of anything building up in the material.
4.LAUNDRY
Keeping your bed linen clean and fresh as well as your clothes, towels etc. is also a guaranteed way to make your home healthier. Guidance recommends you change your sheets at least once a week if you can.
5. DE-CLUTTER EVERY FEW MONTHS
Do not wait to have a big annual clear out, make sure you take multiple opportunities throughout the year to evaluate what you really need.
A home full and messy with years of unwanted items is more likely to gather dust, and be difficult to clean.
